Because things can get a little tricky when it comes to agreeing your location, resort, dates and accommodation, our dedicated ski groups reservation team will help you every step of the way, making the whole planning and organisation process quicker and easier and getting a better deal wherever possible. That's leaving you with more time to prepare for those lovely, pristine ski slopes.
Ski groups - choosing your resort
Not sure which resort suits your group? Our "Best for Groups" resorts are chosen because they suit all levels of skier, have a lively and varied apres-ski scene, and the hotels and chalets will happily accommodate groups. Ski group friendly accommodations
Chalet Hotels have a great atmosphere and we can guarantee large numbers, adjacent rooms and a big ski group table at dinner.
Chalets can be reserved for the exclusive use of your ski group, even if your group isn't big enough to fill it.

Free places are available in hotels & apartments for ski groups of 10 or more, some with PREMIUM free places, and in chalets and chalet hotels for ski groups of 6 or more. See the tables below for more information.
Free lift passes are available for ski group leaders when a group of 15 or more travel to Europe and pre-book lift passes (excludes school holidays). This offer is available on all departure dates except 19 - 28 December, 19 - 20 February and 9 April.

Canada & USA - Save up to 15%
We offer a discount of 5% on the brochure selling price to groups of ten or more to Canada and USA.
For those travelling to Banff, Fernie, Jasper, Kimberley & Lake Louise we offer the following superior discounts:
- 15% (Jan 1 - Feb 2, Feb 26 - Mar 26)
- 10% ( Feb 5 -12, Feb 23, Mar 30 - Apr 16)
- 5% (Dec 18 - 29, Feb 16 - 19)
Single Skiers - No single supplement
Whether you are skiing on your own this year or if you need a single room as part of your group, many hotels do not charge a supplement for single rooms. See our single saver hotels page for more information.
Important notes & conditions for Ski groups
- To receive your free place or discount, your whole party must stay at the same accommodation for the same number of nights. If your party uses mixed transport methods or routes, reductions are based on the lowest basic holiday price.
- Free places and discounts do not include supplements for flights, accommodation, meals, ski packs, insurance etc.
- These free places are the maximum offered. Our Reservations Team will confirm the exact free places at the time of enquiry, subject to availability. All free places shown apply only to guests travlling on our charter flights to Europe, Lapland and Canada. Please call for reductions on scheduled flights, train and self drive options.
- Party size is determined by the number of passengers paying the full brochure price. Two children receiving extra bed discounts count as one adult.
- Later additions can be made to your party, subject to availability, but the original group discount will not be increased as a result of these additions. If your party size reduces after booking, discounts will be reduced accordingly and may be lost altogether if all conditions are not complied with.
- If we have obtained rooms extra to our contracted allocation in order to accommodate your group, we reserve the right to re-cost the holiday if your group subsequently reduces in size.
- We require a deposit from all passengers, including those that represent a free place in the group. This deposit will be credited later against the final balance.
- The names of all people in your group are required within 14 days of the booking being confirmed. Regrettably, we do not accept ‘tba’ (to be advised) names.
- We have an allocation of rooms in our hotels contracted at special rates and conditions; many hoteliers cannot give us any additional rooms at these rates. Occasionally we are able to obtain extra rooms, but supplements may apply.
- We must respect the wishes of our hoteliers who choose not to accept bookings from single sex parties or groups above a certain number.
- We recommend that you book ski carriage and ski packs when confirming your booking to avoid disappointment.
